In the Tribal Fusion Bellydance Drills class students will learn and practice bellydance basics with a Tribal Fusion flavor.

This class is great for mixed levels. Everyone will benefit, from seasoned dancers to those just beginning to explore what bellydance can be. We will polish and drill movements, and each week will have a specific movement focus.

WHAT TO WEAR: There is no need to show your belly! Just wear comfortable workout or yoga clothing and ballet slippers or socks (or go barefoot like we do!). Hip scarves or shawls are encouraged, with the quieter non-coin type being preferred (too many coins make for a noisy class!)

 For Ladies Only!!
 Okay ladies it's here.......time to tune into your feminine graces and dance for your man or just do it for you! Valentine's day is just around the corner so let's get ready to strut our stuff!! I will be teaching the famous chair dance but this time we will start with a lap dance to get the party started then perform our chair routine.
 Dress sexy and bring stilettos if you dare. You do want sexy to be clothes you can move in(active wear).
We will take 20-30 minutes to warm up our bodies and get them ready for action.  
For the props you will need a man's tie and a large cover shirt (man's button up or snap), tailored looks best. A tux shirt works nice. Fedora style hat or if you want to cowgirl it up you can do that too.
 Now since this is Ladies night you can bring your spirits of choice to loosen up. This is always a fun workshop so call your girl friends and let's dance BURLESQUE! A little nice and a lotta naughty.

  This class is a great way to get a quick workout in mid-day. Designed for today’s busy lifestyle, this 40 minute class will help you recharge your body, and quiet your mind, enhancing the second half of your day. Students will practice basic yoga poses and Pilates. Yoga and Pilates practiced together help students learn intentional breathing, strengthen and tone muscles, and gain core strength. All exercises are developed with modifications that can make a workout safe and challenging for a person at any level. Learn to breathe fully and rhythmically with all parts of your lungs in order to increase your oxygen intake, recharge your body, and quiet your mind.
